What an absolute disgrace of a company, don't carry parts for their lifts, anywhere in Australia, and leave you in the dark as to when your lift will be fixed. I am unfortunate enough to live in a 7 story apartment block with a Kone lift. We have been without a lift for 7 days now and don't know if or when it will be fixed. We have old people, people with chronic illness and people who work long hours, it is unfathomable that Kone can just leave 30 odd residents in this predicament, in the middle of summer

BEYOND PATHETIC NO NEWS OF REPAIRS, 7 DAYS AND COUNTING If your building is coming up for renewal or initial install of a lift, avoid Kone at all costs. We have been without a lift (7 storey apartment building) for 6 days so far with no end in sight. The lift is only 20 years old and they don't keep parts in Perth, in fact they don't even keep parts in Australia. We get nothing from them other than "we are trying to find the part" absolutely PATHETIC. They don't even have the common decency to reply to emails. AVOID!!!

Kone are excellent. They work very hard to keep things maintained and running efficiently. Covid made things tough but they pushed through and rose to the top. I've seen my hardworking husband rescue people from the lifts and work so hard to make sure things are built, serviced and running well for over 10years. Every time I step into a Kone lift I feel proud✨

Currently trapped in one in one of there lifts. We have just paid for a new lifts and went with Kone, which has worked out terribly. Firstly they fit the wrong design into the lift, and secondly they had no attention for detail for the finishings. The reason we paid for a brand new lift because it need upgrading - now it’s broken within 1month if being installed.

The person at the Kone call centre was rude and unprofessional, I got so much sass! You think they’d be trained to be calm and reassuring to someone trapped in there lifts!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would!

Good Morning Kone.....a good news story.....We have a Kone elevator in our 5 storey complex in Bunbury,,,,, the elevator has been very reliable for the past 13 years,,,,, if we do have a problem your local serviceman Dellano has us going in very guick time ,,,, his knowledge of the product is excellent & his manner is exceptional & always has a smile ....
