Last week I called KPs looking for some small bits of aluminium plate for a home project. The amount of stuff I needed was piddling for a big firm like KP, but my enquiry was politely handled, I was shown the offcuts bin and told to pick out what I wanted, and I was pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable price for the small amount I selected. They say old-fashioned customer service is dead, but I think not. Thanks, KP, for your helpful and pleasant service.
