The unit I bought was brought up from Melbourne, I paid extra to have it assembled.

Kylin Sauna asserts that their products have been certified by RoHS, TUV Rheinland, CE, and other organizations. These certifications are crucial as they attest to the safety of products that meet their requirements. However, when I requested copies of their certificates, they provided documents with the certificate holder’s name obscured. This is unusual, as reputable sauna manufacturers typically do not conceal this information. This discrepancy casts doubt on the authenticity of the certificates. To verify, I used the certificate numbers on the documents to search the relevant databases. The search results revealed that the certificates were accredited to a different company, not Kylin Sauna. Furthermore, none of the certified models matched the ones sold by Kylin Sauna. These findings suggest that Kylin Sauna may not be a trustworthy company whose product's safety are in doubt.
