First class customer service, friendly, super helpful, along with fast response time and delivery. I am very glad I did not purchase at Bunnings or one of the major retailers, Ladder Shop are in a different league. Anthony and team were fantastic as well as very price competitive and charged a very reasonable delivery fee. I highly recommend Ladder Shop.

Attila & Anthony are so friendly and helpful. They are down to earth people who offer great advice. We purchase all of our ladders from them and they also install levellers. They have a traditional workshop for repairs.
These guys are a pleasure to visit! We look forward to carrying out future business with them.

I have driven past this shop for decades and always wanted to go in. Today I called them & asked if they could replace the feet on my mum's ladder. Took it in, it must be 40 yrs old, Bailey's 4 step ladder. They loved it, said it was a museum piece & fixed it with 4 fabulous new feet for $40 & said "your mum will be so happy". Yes she will. What a wonderful shop and excellent customer service

Thank you so much to Anthony and the team who went above and beyond to help me get the right ladder for my home renovation job (stripping off weatherboards). I needed a certain size due to the constraints of a fixed garden bed next to the house and nothing was too much of a problem for them. From promptly answering emails to screwing on a safety rail whilst I waited and then helping me load it and tying my boot down, I couldn't be more impressed. It's always worth that little bit of extra time to drive somewhere and have a look. Prices very reasonable as well. Thanks again from a very happy (and now safe) home handygirl!

Anthony and the Team at Ladder Shop are fantastic to deal with. We live quite a way from them and they were so accommodating in offering to post an item up to us. Australia Post caused a big delay and Ladder Shop chased them up for us and sorted it out. The customer service is second to none. Would highly recommend Ladder Shop and we will definitely be using them again.

I had been trying to find spares for my Bailey Galaxy 12 for some time. The pulleys had seized because the spindles had rusted and expanded. Despite numerous searches online I couldn’t find replacement pulleys. I happened upon The Ladder Shop via a Google search and got onto Attila. He knew exacting what I needed and was able to supply the parts I required in a short time. Full marks to Attila and The Ladder Shop.
