Alan & Sue, along with Moe, installed our kitchen about 10 years ago.

Items within the contracted works are still not completed correctly. And still remain outstanding. The electrician Scott, took an entire day to install 2 pendulum lights over the island bench, which were not counter sunk into the ceiling, & we still have live wires at the back of a cupboard where a power point was to be fitted, also contracted works , 2 out of 4 of the bench lights , have never worked & one was Installed without a lense in the light, also contracted works.

Several years ago, I contacted Sue several times to have this rectified, it was just too hard basket, she didn’t want to know. The new builds she had on her desk were priority & I was instructed to arrange rectification myself.

They just couldn’t care less. These we’re contracted works that had already been paid for.

6 months ago we had significant water damage to our home. & now, all I need , is to know the exact colour of our kitchen, the builder from the insurance company, along with myself , have chasing Lakeview kitchens for months & they are too busy to consult files to let me know.

Alex and Brooke were a delight to deal with. From the first inquiry, they were helpful, polite and professional. Lake View gutted and installed an ensuite, powder room, enlarged the main bathroom and reconfigured the laundry. Alex turned my crazy ideas into a beautiful luxury renovation. All the trades were great too, especially the tilers who did amazing work. Would definitely recommend. Can't wait to work with them again. Kitchen is next!

These guys built a new kitchen for me. Local people seemed nice. But, Kitchen was built in Greenacre (Sydney). Company owner was late for measurement appointment by 3 hours, made mistakes measuring, and cupboards had to be rebuilt (they didn't fit) . Got the colours wrong and then said it was my fault. It's not a local company. Their procedures leave plenty of room for error and because it comes from Sydney not interested in fixing. Cannot recommend them under any circumstances
