I have a fabrication business and have in the past used Laser Central, nothing wrong with quality you just cant get a quote out of them, I have now lost 2 good size jobs and a good customer as a result of waiting for quotes. 12 days is far to long to wait for a quote. something really needs to change in there sales department

They have the quality you want to work with. Reasonable times and prices. Their tube laser is surprisingly useful and worth keeping in mind for your next project.

If i could give zero stars I would. I've never dealt with a B2B that is so embarrassing to deal with. I only send work to them when I have absolutely no choice as they are just laughable. No one gets back to you, emails ignored and when the staff do answer the phone it's so rude it's actually shocking.

You send a purchase order and ask for a confirmation - Nothing
You send the product over and then ask for a confirmation - Nothing
You call or email for an ETA - No one gets back you - absolute radio silence, are they just deleting their emails?
They tell you the order is ready and you send your driver and they cant even find it.

We got a strip of material cut that was approx 3% of the sheet, they lost our offcut... the giant size of offcut that was 97% the original sheet. They spent over an hour looking for it when our driver arrived.

I'm not sure who the money makers are for them but it's not your average business and I would not under any circumstances send your work to them or you'll lose your job and probably material.

I have frequented Laser Central several times as a small customer.
Peter Wadsworth, Jim Shanon, Stuart Gibbs and in special mention Damien Wall have all been amazing to deal with. But it goes further than that,from Carol in reception to the factory staff and those that pass the reception area, that all check I have been looked after.
Laser central seems to have developed an amazing culture that I haven't seen anywhere else.

Laser Central have been awesome to deal with. Helped us out with our quote and went above and beyond. The order was ready as promised. When we had a small problem they recut the item and shipped at there cost no questions asked. Cannot ask for better than that. Cheers Guys keep up the good work.

Quality control is non existent at this place.
Getting involved with Laser Central was a huge mistake for us.
Folding accuracy is within 4mm, not sure what industry that works for.
Tube laser is 1.5-2mm out, no action taken to rectify any issues.
Be prepared to throw a lot of product away.
