What a great clinic!

The clinic manager is fantastic! Very dedicated to her clients and pays attention to their needs and wants! She knows her stuff and is very experienced.
The skin products the clinic manager put me on have worked so well for my skin, I’ve seen a great difference and the treatments I’ve been doing are amazing!
The rest of the staff are very welcoming and friendly! Super helpful when I need some help and very supportive!

The ladies at Laser Clinics Armadale made me feel so comfortable and I was given so much time to ask questions about the service. Katie helped me book the appointment I needed after a conversation about what I was wanting for my hair removal. Dee was the lovely staff member who helped me and sat with me taking the time to explain the service and asking me necessary questions about my skin. I felt comfortable with Dee during the appointment and she ensured I had all the information about laser and the aftercare. The service was pain free and I am looking forward to my laser removal journey with LCA. Thank you girls for taking the time answering all my questions and caring for my skin ✨💯 recommend!!!!

Great experience at Laser Clinics, Armadale. I’ve been having my treatments with Katie and she is so patient, kind and hospitable each time I visit. Very professional and informative with how treatments work, and so helpful and reassuring when I have questions about them. Dee is also lovely - I am always greeted by her with a friendly smile at their front desk. Royalty service like no other!!!

I booked a microdermabrasion appointment at this laser clinic, and from the very first interaction, I felt uncomfortable. The older staff member I interacted with (I think her name was Anne, but I'm not entirely sure) came across as unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome, which felt borderline racist. During the skin consultation, instead of focusing on my needs, she seemed more interested in pushing products for sale rather than offering personalized advice. Despite claiming to have 17 years of experience, her lack of customer service and attention to clients was disappointing. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a beauty clinic, and I won’t be returning

i went laser clinic armadale 2 days ago. i had appointment there for facial. as i told them already pver the phone that i am pregnant so i cnt do my laser treatment so ask them for facial. they booked me in. the day of booking i went their by uber. i went inside they didn’t say anything that time . they told me fill form . after that i went in room when iam ready to do my facail. lady came and told me they cnt do my facial as iam pregnant. and booked in for after week. i asked them whats the point to book in after one week i will be pregnant that time too. i didn’t understand their reply and not satisfied by their answer. other thing they already knew that before booking iam pregnant why they booked my appointment and wasted my money and time. and also why they didn’t tell me while i filled form. not happy at all. i feel they just dnt want to do it. i will really disappointed. ☹️. this is their responsibility to tell me before as i told them before. not that time when i reached there and ready for my facial. i feep they jusge people from they color.
will never go there again. keep $105 as tip guys. 👍

I have booked an appointment at 21th October and purchased prepaid laser pigmentation treatment but when I went there for the appointment they said the therapist for Advanced Laser treatment is only available once in a month. The women who handle me is Chandler and she advised me to come back at 25th which is today and she also stated that I need to buy their products, I asked her if it’s compulsory and she said yes, in the end I just bought the serum because I don’t need anything else from their products which is facial wash, moisturizer etc. So I feel like she’s pushing me too hard on buying their products. So today I went to the clinics and meet the therapist, I forgot her name, she asked if I bought their products and I said I just bought the serum and she said I couldn’t do the Laser Pigmentation because of my skin type and recommended me to do skin needling or peeling instead, but the funny thing is I need to re-book and reschedule the skin needling treatment and she couldn’t do it today. I mean, I have booked for today, even they refuse my laser they should do the skin needling treatment today because I have booked today slot. It’s just wasting my time to come back second time with nothing. And yesterday they asked me if I could arrived in the clinics earlier at 11ish, and I said I couldn’t because I’m still working. I’m not sure if they have a reason to reschedule my treatment. It’s not nice when they keep telling you to buy their products and reschedule the treatment. Anyway I won’t coming back to the clinics, and I need refund for my prepaid purchase.

What can I say! What an incredible service by the team here at Laser Clinics Australia in Armadale! Always on time, and welcome you with a smile every time. Special mention to Katie for her tremendous work with her laser hair removal skills. It was my second time here, first being a facial treatment.
High recommend seeing Katie for your facial treatment and laser hair removal appointments.

Was told i had to purchase more packages on the day so i did. She said the packages wasn’t on sale which was okay for me but when I got home I saw online that it is on sale on their website. I called them and their excuse was “the pamphlet in-store hasn’t been updated” At least have the same pricing online and in-store. Lady on the phone had a very rude tone and was cutting me off as-well.
