Extremely happy with our experience with this company. All the staff were wonderful, we visited a few times and there was never any pressure to purchase. Once we had decided on our choice, we ordered but did say we had other work to be completed before delivery. They held the delivery until we were ready for them. Such great customer service, the best we have experience since moving to Perth. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend La-Z-boy . Nice place, good quality lounges and excellent customer service from Tracey, the salesperson. She was extremely helpful, polite, friendly and professional. Five stars for Tracey.
Just I would like to give them a " zero star " for the delivery company guys. They were extremely rude, not flexible with the delivery time. The driver told me on the phone " I run a business and I'm not a taxi driver so I'm gonna deliver your sofa at 1 pm ". I asked Tracey's help and she said they are a subcontractor company but I still think they are responsible for them as well. I had to leave work in the middle the day to receive my sofa. Just a reminder the delivery is not " for free "and La-Z-Boy Joondalup should re-think about their delivery company.

I went to La z boy joondalup a few days ago I thought I will compare the products and price with another shop but in the end I decide to buy from here because of Kristina < customer service> she so nice I want to support her. Hope her boss can see this comment.

We came twice to the Joondalup showroom to do our 'research', on the 1st and 2nd of July. We loved our time there and never felt rushed by either of the 2 ladies on duty those days. On the 2nd July we did decide on one of the 3 choices we made on 1st July. Thank you Joondalup Laz-y Boy!!!

The new store has a wonderful feel! It's very welcoming, and professional laid out. Products are superbly manufactured, and presented.
We visited on a Saturday, and Pauline, our furniture consultant, provided excellent service and was a wealth of knowledge regarding the products. I highly recommend La-Z-Boy Gallery for your next seating purchase.
