Has upscaling caused a downturn in freshness and quality? I have consistently found the customer service to be rather poor at the Chermside store and then to arrive at open of the store and the pastries no longer seem fresh, coupled with consistent poor service - they have sadly lost my business.

This place does not answer their phone on leitsch road Brendale .I have been waiting on the phone for half an hour for admin to answer and nothing.
