If you're in search of a reliable and professional company, it's advisable to steer clear of them. Unfortunately, their approach is highly unprofessional. In the event of any issue, the first response is often placing blame on the customer, followed by unexpected charges. Regrettably, even after such inconveniences, achieving a satisfactory resolution remains elusive.
I tried to put a complaint against Donna, it was intresting that the complaint proccesed by Donna, I think everyone could guess what was the result.

I have been using LEP for approx 5 years and the quality and service is spot on. They now have several courier/delivery choices which is a bonus as regional areas often get lower levels of service from the large city based courier companies.
With facilities now in VIC and QLD print times have improved, with some awesome 24hr turnaround options....my business would be lost without them. Keep up the great work LEP!

I've used LEP as a freelance designer & in other businesses for over 4 years and they are great. The prices are competitive but more importantly, they always meet or beat my time frames. Been using LEP for over 7 years and have no plans to switch. Not as long as they continue to be consistent. The few times I've messed up orders they have been very accommodating. And the one time an order was ruined during transport they wanted as many details as possible, as to ensure a repeat did not happen. They have fantastic support, easily available via phone and call when they notice an issue with an order.

I've used LEP for a number of years for business card printing. Previously I've found the quality of their service to be very good. It has sadly taken a turn for the worst... They are now using StarTrack Express, who are probably the worst couriers in Australia. As a customer I don't mind paying a little extra for a courier service that will arrange for re-delivery or at the very least a note to pick-up at a nearby post office. As I'm a designer that works from home, my office hours aren't 9-5pm, and I can miss couriers, who don't give notification of a delivery time. I've recently had the inconvenience of ordering business cards for a client that were taken back to Tullamarine airport and I wasn't able to pick them up or arrange for redelivery. I was instructed to call LEP to make the arrangements. When I called LEP to discuss the matter I encountered a customer service person by the name of Cathy that couldn't even find my business details and wasn't really wanting to help resolve the matter. Before hanging up on me I was informed that if I didn't change my attitude she wouldn't help me. Apparently she couldn't cope with the fact that I was frustrated with the lack of service. I now have to pay another printer to do this job and delay the delivery of the print work to the customer. I will not be using LEP EVER again. Nor would I recommend their services to anyone. This was a really awful and stressful experience. BEWARE!

I've been dealing with LEP for 16 years and they are a great quality press for any graphic designer or print business. Freight service is great having plenty of options. Staff are always very helpful : ) Keep up the great work!

I've been using LEP for years now and they deserve the highest recommendation. Always been extremely prompt and fantastic customer service. They're a pleasure to work with and they're pricing is extremely competitive.
