Not sure if it was the meat or marinade but the baby back USA ribs smelt like off meat before being cooked and not much better after. I couldn’t bring myself to even sample as the smell was not something that made you want to eat.

Bought a family meat pack ($170)
Asked if I could swap out chops because I don't eat them, was told no worries, still got chops instead of what I asked to swap out for. Was packed and taped up in a box so I couldn't check before leaving, was a fly trapped in box with the meat and hole in the bag of chicken. Chicken also a brown colour so will see freshness once defrosted

Best sausages in Australia!! ... Very little fat left on BBQ plate if any.. and they taste great!!
I have traveled all over Australia for work found some good sausages but none as good as these.. And have been following these guys from Currajong :-)>
