Worked with us to figure out the best option for a 4-post hoist at a manageable cost for our local Men's Shed. Chose an in-stock model, so shipping was quick once arranged with one of our local suppliers. The guys (Mike & co.) are planning to come up at some point soon to help install and train us on safe usage.

Really happy with the customer service so far and hoping that the product ticks all our boxes once it's up and running.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Alex and the team on a recent difficult project we had. Was always accommodating to us changing the scope regularly and nothing seamed to be a problem. I was also impressed how friendly Levanta's installation staff were. Would have no hesitation in recommending Levanta.

unfortunately in my experience very hard to deal with.
parts take up to 3 months before they even arrive in WA.
and if they do notice that the parts have arrived, you will most likely have to give them a reminder call to send the part with a technician to install lols. sounds like there should be a restructure in upper management. the buck stops with the boss.

Too much to say about this company and not enough space to say it in. Only 1 star and that's because I have to, to be able to add a review. I will NEVER recommend Levanta to anyone. To have ongoing issues with our hoist for almost 2 years is ridiculous! Hoist works but havent had the correct parts for it to be fully functioning and that's just the basics. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY -

I had the rather testing experience of dealing with Levanta and QPF Finance for a chattel mortgage on a set of 4 post truck hoist. Something that should have been simple. Took near 6 months before they delivered our hoist. And before that the threat of legal action to sort out a “temp” set of hoist in place of our NEW hoist that we were paying for.

Excuses and handballing are their game, with gold lines like “the ship hasn’t left port” these guys are quality charlatans and you should steer well clear of them.

At first, I thought it was simply miscommunication, but over time things simply didn’t make sense and their lack of interest in the situation really made me consider myself lucky to have gotten the hoist in the end.

On a positive note, the hoist works, and if not after a lot of stress and frustration, we did eventually receive the hoist... Perhaps if they were honest from the get go, this review may have been different

China quality, India phone service,and a group of people know nothing about equipment…..DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM,go somewhere else to buy the equipment,save money and time ,you can thank me later.
