I have used LFA First Response for supplies for a while and have always received a great service; today I wanted to add to an order that had already been placed - I sent an email and while waiting for a response, I received a call from Leanne Bauerle in the warehouse about another matter. After dealing with that, she went on to solve my other problem and ensured the other items I wanted were added to the first order. Then I received a call responding to my email!
