West last Saturday and purchase a treadmill Poor customer service and knowledge about product they said to me we here to sale the product only that extremely rude!.
After I opened the box and started putting parts together found faulty, noisy, scratch and one part not fitting .
I contacted customer service and sent them the evidence the didn’t get back to me yet I called back they said we busy at the moment.
Don’t get the risk and purchase from this brand apparently they are untrusted.

Came in today to 23.09.2024 to purchase
Recumbent Bike. Disappointed with the sales person, was not interested in helping us. Each time we made a query between the 2 bikes ( that I was interested in) it was a such an effort to get an answer from him or assistance he was more interested doing whatever he was doing behind the counter possibly on the computer.

We were the only ones in the showroom at the time.

I purchased the bike as I am recovering from a FKR & will be used as part of my recovery exercise.

Unfortunately, this particular bike I couldn’t find elsewhere, if I could have , I wouldn’t have wasted my time & purchased from the salesperson.

Help & acknowledgement to your customers come hand in hand.

Updated review after seeing my review Lifespan head office contacted me and price matched. The service from their head office was exceptional, and they also said they would train their staff in better customer service. I have had the product for almost a month and a bit. I have grown to love the convenience and space saving it provides. The product is very good, and I have no complaints about the product or the company as they have proven to be honourable and customer centred. Went from 1 star to 5 stars. Thank you, lifespan, for turning a poor experience into a positive one

Purchased their V fold treadmill the other day, same day noticed Harvey Norman have it for $100 cheaper, rang head office was advised they don't price match their own product are you for real. The product itself is OK not great but that's poor customer service and customer retention will not be buying from Lifespan ever again.

Honestly, after reviewing and getting help from the team in regards to the warranty of my treadmill, I believe they have very good customer service and are quick to fix issues. Warranty was successful and happy with the quick response. ?

Ordered a product in February and it is now May and we have not received it without a call or follow up.

Also, Treadmill we purchased and have never used does not work.

We spent $10,000 on this shop, we really should've done more research.

Great quality equipment, I purchased their Cortex leverage gym, which is by far the best home gym equipment I've ever had. I bought it years ago, during lockdown, as a gym alternative (didn't think it would measure up to a real gym) but never went back to the gym after lockdown, as I was so impressed by this machine. I just added some additional weights, 2 dumbells, a chin up bar & EZ curl bar, and get great workouts at home.

Great aftercare service from Lifespan team as well, highly recommend this place & their equipment.

Visited the Weatherill Park showroom to check the Pursuit series Treadmill. The equipment itself looks of good build quality and I’d like to order it but not sure why a customer must pay $50+ for a pick-up service. It looks unjustified from a customer’s perspective. Moreover it points to the lack of the company’s presence in NSW. Pickup from Victorian suburbs is free when checked on the company’s website.
