The service provided by Limecrete was the first of 3 disasters that occurred in which should have been a pretty straight forward Backyard reno. Due to the area of aggregate concrete we were doing as part of the backyard and pool reno, 2 x concrete trucks were required. The second truck however did not have the correct mix in which meant half way through the pool area is where the mix change happened resulting in the concrete having to be cut, pulled up and job started all over again. The customer service provided due to such an error was not up to standard, with just a simple verbal apology. I think there needs to be further measures in place to ensure something like this doesn't happen or is at least handled better with a more satisfying customer resolution provided.

Please avoid Lincrete, absolute garbage result and even worse customer service. Had a pour done about 6 months prior and then got another done recently. They were aware there was an initial pour beforehand. Both pours were coral white however were completely different including the stones visible in the concrete and the base colour.concrete itself.

The pour is side by side and is difference is significant enough to see from a mile away. Had a rep come out and took a look a simply refused to take any responsibility. He tried spinning the story stones are different due to the quarry depths where the stones were obtained from and blamed the concrete colour on Cockburn Cement.

My question was what they were going to do about it he replied nothing, that’s the product.

He offered a discounted rate in the future to which i advised him, that they couldn’t get the right last time so why would i potentially want a third colour next time.

Worst customer service i have experienced in some time. Thanks for ruining out dream home which we have put every cent into Limecrete.

After looking at Limecrete polished concrete samples at the showroom, we ordered architectural grey for our new build. First time they delivered the wrong product which we only got to know after polishing the first area in the house. Had to wait 1 month for them to deliver the so called correct product and now having had a second round of polishing the stone mix is again very different to what they had advertised as architectural grey! Very disappointed

Had two separate pours of Limecretes coral white. However the front section is significantly more yellow. So much so other concreter have commented that we've had coral creme installed. The rep only brought the coral creme sample and blamed it on 'product variation'. Waste of time and completely unaccountable. Would avoid like the plague

We have had nothing but issues with our kajanni white concrete since it was laid. Concreter did a great job but we now have bullet holes appearing all over the honed areas. Other people are having the same issues with that product and when I contacted the sales rep. he was unhelpful and unprofessional.
