I quite don't understand the low rating reviews i don't know why they have given them,
Food was DELICIOUS 😋 😍 10 OUT OF 10.
delivery was pretty good they once they delivered i actually receive a text saying its delivered 👌
They could give me exact time which is fine as no courier service can.
They gave me ETA and it was delivered with in that time frame.
Contacted customer service twice they were pretty patient and helpful.
Lite n Easy deserves 5 stars 🌟 and also thank you for making such delicious meals and they are so affordable as well.

For as long as I can remember, i have experienced extreme stomach problems after meals. i try to eat healthy but the problem has remained.

I have been eating Lite n Easy for the past two weeks and to my absolute surprise I have not had one single stomach problem.

Lite n Easy has changed my life, literally. I highly recommend it.

Very poor delivery service which is a shame as the food looked good. Tried to order for my elderly grandfather who has parkinsons. Delivered to the complete wrong suburb. Even though the pinpoint on the map says it was at his house. They now can't deliver for another week. He hasn't got food as he was expecting this today. Also made him search the neighbours houses and with his condition that's unsafe. If you need reliable food think twice before lite n easy until they fix their courier problem

My mother-in-law has the seniors meals and is very happy with both the quality and quantity. Whenever I've called on her behalf, the call is answered straight away (which is so rare these days). The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating if we need to pause and restart the order if mum is in hospital or away from home. Very happy overall with the meals and the service.

I would suggest that you never deal with this company which has an extremely poor view of their customers and has a total lack of customer service.

It has now happened about 3 times over a period of 3 years where there has been a mistake in the delivery. Not good but ok, we are all human, make mistakes and I am prepared to wear it. What I am not prepared to accept is their total lack of respect and willingness to put themselves out to fix the problems. They just do not care, basically say "too bad" and you can now just wait a week to actually get the order you paid for.

I got a large order delivered. I usually spend over $200 and get 2 weeks worth at a time. I do a little Ubering before work, so I get up early in the morning and am not home to take delivery. So on the days I get delivery, I miss out on pay as I have to be home. Hence the 2 weeks worth of food. I got my last delivery and one of the boxes was totally empty. Hmmm!!!!

I left a message straight away but off course no one ever working. I phoned up immediately as soon as someone decided to speak to customers and basically was told she didn't care and that I had to wait 5 days from Thursday till next Tuesday to get my meals. I suppose I could eat the box in the meantime.

I said that that was not good enough and that I was brought up with the education level that if you make a mistake, not matter the cost or inconvenience to you, you fix it straight away and that I expect the same in return.

Upon confirming that the factory was fully operational with workers on site, boxes on site, food on site and a supervisor on site, I asked that she phone up, ask them to pack my order and get it out to me. You can give it to a driver, put it in an Uber or taxi or drive it yourself. I don't care really but it is your problem to fix and not that hard to do.

I was met with total incompliance on every level. I was not even offered next day delivery for free. No, they will deliver it on their normal run and were not willing in any way to fix the problem that they had created.

Well, if I have to wait till Tuesday, be at home on Tuesday, then you will pay me $200 for loss of wages and also pay for the food I had to buy in the meantime. That is only fair.

Do not buy food here. Boring food that is always the same, ok taste but there are better. But above all else, this is a company which does not care about their customers. Can you imagine if this happened to a person who was on a weight loss plan? They would have their whole week ruined.

Despite unsubscribing about 4 times now, I still get emails from these guys. It seems impossible to get off their email list since you appear to automatically go back on it when you re-purchase. I am seriously considering going somewhere else. Update: These are not transaction confirmation emails. These are "don't forget to place your order" emails that, despite having an unsubscribe link, seem to keep getting sent each week despite clicking the link each week. Either your un-sub system is broken or it is a purposeful marketing ploy.

I have been using Lite n Easy for many years. Whenever I needed to lose weight this was my “go to” choice and I was always pleased with the result. I am now older and use Lite n Easy to ensure that I am eating healthy. Over the years the meals have just gotten better.

Food is ok, but the drivers are useless.
Never presses the intercom and “attempts” delivery after 1st complaint and fails to attempt to deliver order. Never again. Called customer service and they said i can have a credit and give alternative address for delivery.

ridiculous these new foreign delivery drivers, worse then a uber order and the food being tampered with.
