One of the fastest and most friendly services I've ever had online!

BEAWARE the business owner called Marcus conducted a search on my business using my name, He subsequently reached out to me via my business email that I have never utilized, asking me to remove this negative feedback mentioning my google business profile. It really shows how sketchy this business is.

Even with the warranty problems I had with him, it’s pretty unsettling to think that a business has all your personal info. They know your full name, address, and phone number, which just doesn’t feel safe. When someone reaches out using your business contact info—info you’ve never shared with them—and mentions they found your Google profile, it raises a lot of red flags, especially since it’s not even the email you used to buy the product.

The manner in which he referenced my full name in his response, without any intention of it being acknowledged, clearly reflects the character of this individual.

Good luck if you need to claim a warranty for a faulty item. I just got a defective Pi5 and reached out to them the same day. The rep I talked to was really trying to convince me that the item wasn’t faulty, blaming it on the power adapter or network cable or something else, and even gave me wrong info that didn’t match the user guide. When he realized he couldn’t win the argument with his nonsense, he finally said he’d have to pass the info to the Raspberry company for them to check.

A decent company would just send a replacement or issue a refund once they see the evidence of a faulty product. But with these guys? Forget about the warranty; it’s all a scam.
I have attached a pictures for the power supply i m using and the Raspberry user guide, its clearly stating its required minimum 3A and i m using 3A adapter.
