Centre Director has been amazing since the day we enrolled. Very attentive and attention to detail. Not to mention the team along side her. Handing my child over at drop of is a dream, collecting her , they always have all the details I need and my child's belongings packed ready for a smooth collection. Great Family environment.

My daughter moved over to Little Gems in January this year and is thriving! The director Jo is so welcoming and accommodating with my daughter who has quite a few medical issues.
Each of the staff are friendly and greet every parent as they arrive, regardless if they work with my daughter or not. This is the best move we could have made for my daughter and we couldn't be happier.

The communication within this centre is absolutely appalling. They have no care for the privacy of your children - disregarding multiple forms of communication advising our wishes for children to not be on social media and being blunt and extremely unapologetic when found to be breaching privacy and confidentiality on multiple occasions. After a few months of going to this centre my child was miserable on pickup & drop off and couldn’t leave quick enough.
There is absolutely minimal outdoor activities for the younger children which is unhelpful for their development and *if* they are outside- the educators just sit around talking to each other while the kids sit in their lap! How’s that for development
I was hesitant to leave as I thought this was just daycare nowadays however Since changing to a new centre, my child is back to their normal self and THRIVING - it’s amazing what a positive environment does! Very disappointing and don’t recommend this centre at all - their reviews are 95% staff which is a poor reflection of their quality of service.

I currently visit the centre twice a month to support the educators who are studying. They are dedicated and caring educators who provide a strong sense of belonging. The lovely educators are always warm and welcoming. They are doing an amazing job!

I really recommend Lowood little gems, I moved my daughter across to there and she has learned so much and absolutely loves it. The educators are amazing there and really go above and beyond for the children and the families. So warm and welcoming there xx

I cannot recommend Lowood Little Gems enough! I am an educator and also have 2 children who attend the centre.
My daughters educators always go above and beyond and are so nurturing to my children’s individual needs.
All rooms and outdoor spaces are beautifully set up with inviting/engaging activities for all the specific age groups.
Such a warm and welcoming centre.
I just recently had some leave but did not stay away for long as it is truly our home away from home.
