Please be aware they are Selling fake luxury watch’s. My Frank Muller Watch stoped working took it in to have it fixed to be told it’s “isn’t a genuine” Frank Muller. Reported my concern to the Team leader Ann on the Phone, sounded as if she was reading from a script, to be told,
“You didn’t inspect item, to bad it’s not our problem nothing we can do for you and no refunds, there’s pretty much nothing you can do about it”.
Even laugh at my misfortune
I wasn’t or didn’t even mention refund yet
Just raised a major incident to them thinking we both have been taken advantage of and some how I was helping as in wow look what’s happened to “US”
though after my phone call with Ann, this isn’t the first or last time they have trick and deceive somebody, and they knew what they were selling is fake.
I was told there pretty much nothing I can do about this
Well I can warn other people Lloyds auction
Please don’t buy from here after my call I think they are experts in dishonestly.

Very dodgy company don’t expect to get a refund. They sent me the wrong bike. I’ve been dealing with it for two months. I purchased a scooter. Didn’t work. Have been trying to get refund for months. They send you lovely emails saying that they’re gonna pay it but nothing gets done. Do not trust Lloyds auctions.

Won 4 auctions and all came back saying they didn’t meet reserve. Got a phone call the next day asking to “make a deal” with the vendor. One of the lots I won asked for 14x the amount the auction went for. I said on the phone it would be a good idea to show the reserve price or at least start the bid close to the reserve so people aren’t wasting their time, which the response was “no we can’t do that because no one would bid on it”… so why have it up for auction if you know the asking price is clearly unreasonable? I’ll be deleting my account and never dealing with whatever operation you’d call this.

Have won 6 auctions at lloyds over a 3 year period. Each time i received calls and text messages claiming payments I already made 2-4 days prior were still outstanding. Shipping is a joke don't expect anything for weeks they don't have any internal tracking system so you won't get accurate status information. Emailing receipts does not rectify. They have zero procedures that are effective.
The staff are very rude and arrogant. I regret every experience with these clowns but if you want a rare item unavailable elsewhere then you are guaranteed a world of mental anguish.

There are many bad reviews that I have read before visiting Lloyds auctions.
None have been my experience.
I was checking out a car and found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I then had a number of items that I wanted to sell. 3 Ute full of goods and staff helped unload and sort. The staff have been wonderful in Altona I definitely have no hesitation in using their services. My items all sold very quickly. Looking forward to selling more through them in the future

Jay was awesome!
I have huge anxiety, also word and number processing issues. Jay did not know these things about me, but he was gracious and so very patient. This makes a big difference in my life. Lots of other people find me to difficult deal with.
I have been a customer of Lloyds Auctions in the past, and I have always received great customer service. Thank you all.

Terrible experience selling my car.
First time it sold - the buyer did not pay. I was not notified for 2 weeks. Did not find out until I rang enquiring about the money.
Second time - I am still waiting for the money almost 1 month later, even though the buyer paid within 24 hours. I have rung, I have emailed. No reply to email, and nobody answers the phone.
They are quick to ring you during the auction process to get you to lower your reserve or remove it completely, but when it comes time to pay up there is absolutely no customer service.
