What a joke this company is!!! Worst customer service ever!! They turn up one and half hours after they were supposed to be here after I called the office to see where they were, and are they still coming? to tell me that they can’t do the job as they don’t have the materials!! And for me to call the office and make another schedule time for them to come out. Then had to wait another week for them to come out for them to not turn up at 9:30am in the morning to get here at 3 o’clock wasn’t even the same guys had no idea about the job. They Couldn’t even do the job again they told me that they had a more important job to get too, and that I needed to ring the office and reschedule again. What a joke. Would and will never use these guys again and highly recommend that no one does!! 😡

Hung up on my husband after we were waiting for them to call us to come out. What sort of business is this? Be upfront with your customers! Could if just said thatbyou don't have anyone.

I would like to thank Logan City Electrical for their prompt service. Living in a rental property I had been without hot water for 3 days and the owner booked L.C.E to come look at our system. They work crew of Andy and Nev were very prompt and thorough. The guys customer service was excellent and they were happy to answers our questions and helped us get to the bottom of the problem of no hot water. thank you for your promptness and great staff we really appreciate it and will be happy to recommend your services to friends and family who need and electrician.

Arranged day and time for quote on major domestic electrical work required. Trevor failed to show up, contacted Logan city electrical to find out where Trevor was. They failed to contact me back. Disgraceful and unprofessional and would not recommend as they can’t keep commitments or communicate with potential customers.
