Mouse broke after just over a year. Warranty won’t cover it. BUT Logitech won’t even help you to fix the product and pay for it. They simple say they can’t help … build a shit product that lasts just over the warranty and then hang the customer out to try + produce masses amounts of electronic waste.

Update from last year .. this is our fourth Logitech harmony remote, it seems to have the same failing button year after year it is just the volume up button that failed..
Love the remote but I wonder if they have a remote that doesn't fail!

We were so happy with the replacement and the exact same issue has happened again ....

I have $270 keyboard thats out of warranty, I want to pay for repairs because one of the switches has stopped working after just 2 years of use.

I'm unable to get my nearly $300 keyboard repaired by logitech, and they also don't offer any way to get replacement parts for a 3rd party repair shop to fix my issue, even though this exact model is still being manufactured. This goes completely against their enviromental statement and is incredibly disapointing. Waste of money, time and resources.

Logitech customer service and product quality are bad. Purchased a g512 gamer keyboard which the led faii tried to claim under warranty they said it was out of warranty I asked when was it registered they wouldn't tell me problem was my son who I purchased it for lost the receipt but I gave those details when registering the item

Got offered a 1 time replacement for their flagship computer mouse as it died just outside warranty period. Only for them to backtrack on their offer after supplying receipt and address for shipment and then to only offer me a "generous" 20% off their website for the next purchase. Then had to follow up again to actually receive the voucher, probably hoping to swindle themselves out of that too.

Bought a Logitech Folio Touch keyboard case for my iPad Pro and it’s out of warranty and now dead. Logitech couldn’t care less that their $259 device has failed. No more Logitech for me ever again 🤬🤬

I agree with the comments given, purchasing a Logitech product is like tossing a coin, sometimes it’s head and sometimes it’s tail
Purchased a Logitech MX Master 2S by paying close to $150, worked for 1.2 years and then the scroll stopped working. Called up Logitech customer support and they told me they won’t replace, and I will have to purchase another one by paying top dollars. They told me that we offer guarantee only for a year. My argument if I had purchased a $20 mouse then yes, I don’t care about the quality. This is an expensive mouse. Won’t be recommending or will be purchasing any Logitech product.

Brought a wireless mouse, worked great until it stopped. Its not old unfortunately I don't have the receipt. However after reading the reviews here I will never purchase another Dogdeitech product.
