Young fella serving wasn’t very friendly. Didn’t offer advice on portion size for the ribs, could have offered to cut one in half so we ended up with one and a half as one was not enough for me and my wife. Also, would have been nice to tell me that the membrane needs to be removed from the bottom side of the ribs before cooking. Meat was good quality
