What an amazing company! From start to finish, everything has been fantastic! The adviser we initially spoke to was great and really advised and explain everything really well. We had the bike dropped off and again, really smooth and easy and everything was explained to us. The bike itself was perfect, we got a seat on the back so that me and my partner could ride to the shops together and drop each other off at the bus stop. We had the bike collected today and was sad to see it go but the collection, once again was fab!

Very approachable, very responsive and some of the nicest people I have come across. If you consider renting or buying, just hit them up, they won't force anything on you. Probably the most knowledgeable people about Tern you will find in Australia.

PS.: I am not a member but did buy accessories from them (which they installed for me just as well, without appointment or extra fee).
PPS.: you should go on a group ride with them for a fun couple of hours.

I think I have a unique perspective here on L+C that I'd like to share. I've always done my own minor servicing and I've used local bike shops, including 99 Bikes, to work on my Tern GSD (that I own outright i.e. not subscription). I figured I'd give the L+C service team a go seeing as they focus exclusively on Tern products. And it made all the difference. The service team's expert knowledge on this bike has surpassed my expectations. Given that I've lived with this bike for 3 years, put on 7,000kms, and turn my own wrench, they were very high to begin with. My bike rides like new now (within reason given the k's). I won't be getting my bike serviced by anyone else from now on. But more interestingly, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a 2nd hand bike from L+C given I know now the lengths they go to in maintenance.

Recently had the annual service on my bike undertaken, and as I projected,
.... it appears it was a textbook straightforward process.

And that speaks to the professionalism of Al and his maintenance crew in Brisbane, I have always found as a client, of the highest standard of assistance.
.... It's a standard of service hard to find in the neoliberal era.

For example, the only advice required from Al after that annual service, was my attention to the composite bike chain, to ensure it's always clean.
.... At my request Al even replaced the tyre valve cap on my front wheel, that had broken after a year of use, such is his attention to detail.

I'll say it again, as somebody reputably accredited in management to an advanced level,
.... if you can find a more prudent value for money transport service in Australia, then 'it's hiding its light under a bushell.'

I LOVE my Lug & Carrie Bike so much. The team are so helpful and even rescued me once when I ran out of battery (my fault due to not charging). Could not recommend Lug & Carrie more for an electric bike lease.
