Great range of products. ive just purchased a couple of items and upon arrival i noticed the products in person were not what i was actually looking for. i asked for a refund by returning the items and i was told i will have to pay for the return shipping and on top a processing fee of 10 percent of the total paid. i paid for delivery and will pay for the return postage but a processing fee for returning an item is unheard of. quite disappointed in their returns system.

Evan and Bruce are great to deal with , no ego and incredible amount of technical knowledge. These guys offer free shipping which no other bmx store does. Had a query about a hub I purchased and Evan sent me some bearings without prompting.
With out a doubt , the best bmx store in Australia by far.
