Emailed them to see if I could have a custom furniture built and was told that I was able to come, have a look and talk to the manager. But when I arrived, the store person was not interested in helping us and told us that everything there was "high priced" and "Ikea would be better suited for us" (oddly, they wouldn't let me talk to the manager that I was corresponding to). We had been courteous on our whole interaction and felt that the attitude was uncalled for.

The lovely manager gave me a great quote and was very kind and patient. Western Australian made quality furniture. Try them out for sure!
