I have worked for Mader for a bit over 1.5 years. Best work decision I have made. Great pay rate, flexible rosters and they acknowledge the importance of enjoying your work (there is heaps of fun stuff to do outside of work too with the 3 gears team). There is this real feeling of camaraderie amongst the Mader guys, something that is missing from most other groups I have worked with. If you want to be a part of the winning team and get rewarded for your hard work, this is where it's at.

Been working on the tools for Mader for a year now and cant think of a bad thing to say about them. Great company to work for and great people to work with. All the support you need and always happy to help. Awesome bunch of people in the perth office (Fitzy, Aaron, Nashy and the crew) never even met any deadheads out on site on the tools wearing a Mader shirt, so if it's a career change/employment your looking at or some labour for a job I couldn't recommend them enough.

I'm currently working for mader in the field service division in the pilbara, it's a awesome company to work for,with flexible rosters that suits myself, very family oriented and awesome people to work along side with. if your looking for a change mader is definitely a company I would highly recommend working for.
