Phoning around I selected Mager's quote. Next day the friendly young man cut the section and, when I went to pay, the office woman added GST which, according to tax law, should have been included in the quote. I remarked the quote was already higher than that in Tully and she said "Go to Tully then!" Anyway, I want a refund before I take my complaint to the ATO.
It's not the few dollars but the principle of the thing and I will delete this review if refunded.
