Evie and the Magic Studios team (especially Will) did a fabulous job supporting the delivery of a hybrid (online and in-person) conference back in September. It was a 2-day event, with hundreds of attendees, and a huge responsibility to manage the smooth operation of streaming software, video and audio sources. Big thanks to Will and his team!

I like supporting local businesses but I haven't had the best experience with Magic Studios for voiceovers. The voice talent and quality of the voiceovers is great, however the management and communication is a disappointment. The first voiceover I had recorded was a smooth experience and everything was delivered on time. But in recent months, emails don't get replies. Invoices were sent even though there were outstanding changes to be made. Requests to re-record incorrect phrases took weeks, with me chasing over the phone to ask about when it would be done. Even then not all of the items marked on the script were recorded. I have actually given up waiting for the additional changes because it seems no one cares to do the work or communicate with me. I would love to continue using this studio as I have an ongoing need for voiceovers, but I can't afford the time to chase people to do the right thing - given this should be everyday work for a studio like this.

Lovely Evie at the Magic Recording Studio experience was a blast for our performers at the Perth Singing Academy.

Evie and Jason are absolute legends. We needed a 10 minute script to be recorded at short notice. Not only did they make us feel instantly at ease, they also acted with haste in order to hit the deadline we had. Odette (our voice-over artist) was also exceptional, and sent a demo recording within an hour! Professionalism and quality were not forfeited though, and the result was exactly what we wanted - a calm, friendly, conversational recording of a script for a wellness client B2B video.
