Wrong name,old site. Doesn't matter! I just wanted to tell a story. A most loved island dweller impeded by mobility. This person was and has been waiting for a mobility scooter, for far to long. It may eventually come, who knows! In the meantime a lovely lady called Julie heard the story and stepped up. MI Transport came to the party, they delivered it with smiles. Thankyou, you have actually made such a difference xxx

It’s rare for me to post a review.. but on this occasion, it would really be irresponsible for me not to. Several months ago, I moved to Magnetic Island from Sydney. When my belongings arrived in Townsville, Magnetic Island Transport took control of the shipment and the level of attention and service was immediately obvious to me. They not only informed me of its arrival, but called to arrange a specific delivery time. Since then, I’ve received countless shipments from all over the world. And I’m always surprised by the extraordinary level of service I receive from MIT. Fragile shipments are treated with genuine care and the team there go above and beyond to ensure their customers are truly satisfied.. I can’t thank them enough and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

I use them when I need to get very heavy things for my Bus Depot like a 1000 litre IBC container of Ad Blue. It weighs over a ton because it's density is 1.087 at 20 degrees Celsius, which means the product weight is 1087 kilograms plus a bit for the container, so you can see my problem, and if I try to lift it I will get a sore back...So yeah Mag Island Transport do it for me with their forklift, which is great...Steve the Bus Depot Supervisor...

They called me months later to charge for something that should have been on the bill then hassled me rudly and I accidentally paid them twice also they were rude the entire time and they were completely unprofessional

NEVER USE THEM YOUR HANDS AND THE FERRY FOR SMALL ITEMS IS 100 BUCKS AND ONE LESS HEADACHE
