I went to Mandy in 2020 to refresh and renew my application that I had been using since 2016. I had lots of examples to share but really narrowing in and articulating what I can do in relation to the criteria, this is where Mandy has bucket loads of skill and expertise. I went away from the experience of writing my application with Mandy, it didn't feel like it was her words, but mine. I was able to add and take away information to suit the jobs I was applying for. In 2020, I applied for a job and got to interview immediately. I then modified and adapted the information from Mandy to add new bits and pieces, and applied for another position applied for a permanent Level 7 Public Service position and got to interview and won the position. Mandy's ability to draw out your expertise and articulate it, gave me the confidence to do well in my interviews. I cannot recommend Mandy enough, I would give her 10 stars if I could. Thanks Mandy!
