I can't help thinking that the quality of service is directly related to a lack of competition. While there are some great service people in the store, particularly on the retravision side. The Mitre 10 side leaves me shaking my head. Had 2 gas bottles delivered at the same time, paid 2 delivery fee's, got home to find anything in the way thrown on the lawn!! Being a kind human doesn't take much.

Thanks mitre 10 manji for the great customer service everyone in the store was more than happy to help whilst browsing the store and even helped me load my flat pack kitchen out back great products great service we will be back

Good service but was dissappointed in the 20kg gas bottle I received in exchange. I thought they had to be tested each time they are refilled but this one had large areas of rust when I took the tape off. Unfortunately did that a little later and too far to return.

Helpful and friendly staff. Went in to find chocks for my caravan legs, staff were more than happy to help, found a bit of wood lying around, chopped it up for me and didn't even charge me although I was happy to pay. Would highly recommend.

Wanted to thank the wonderful staff members who helped us on Sunday to choose the paint we needed and for their helpful advice. Others going to the trouble of finding brochures and offering to load our car! Well done.

Great heaps on offer from shovels to fridges to blenders to fertilizer.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Parking is bad they have maybe 10 spots they share with others business. Two disabled spots.
It's a large building has a smaller garden area out back, need to explore it more.
Seam to be plenty of staff on hand.
