I have been dropping my car off at Mansfield Motors for 5 years now, and the reason I do so is for the elaborate service that my car receives each time it is given in. Potential and upcoming issues are always flagged at an early stage and options to remedy them are always provided, where possible. The turnaround is usually very quick, even for bigger jobs, except when it has been an unplanned service, of course. I am always contacted before any servicing is done and am aware of the costs involved before I proceed. The staff also take the time to answer any questions I have regarding the service (and I do have many!). And I get my car cleaned for me, which is always a bonus!

I recently had my Hyundai Elantra serviced there for the first time, and they did a thorough check over for it. Was due for a few major fixes (e.g. battery, brake pads and A/C) - you get what you pay for, as they use genuine parts 🙂 They even fixed some loose part which was causing a noise in my car. Mansfield Motors (Repco) did excellent work on my 20 year old corolla sedan and an 8 year old Honda city. Importantly, the preventative service and attention to detail is great. And they even return your car to you clean and washed, ready to go.
