Best around, don't go elsewhere! Wonderful experience starting with Rob who was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything through to Jamie and Josh for the fully professional installation. Excellent communication in all aspects - stick with the Pros you won't be disappointed.

Superior Jetties supplied and installed our D20 boat dock - it is very good quality and easy to get the boat on and off it - plenty of walk space around the boat for washing and installing our boat cover - very pleased with the look and function of it and their installers did a great job with the installation of.

Update: we decided to go one star after seeing the lack of accountability and unempathetic response below as it appears that the company is still unable to acknowledge that their pontoons in swift water don't stand up. But they will convince you they can. We were told in 2017 after the pontoon failed a second time, that we would be 'helped out' and we still parted with significant money to build yet another - at least 30k from memory. This is after being charged nearly 30k previously to re attach a post that fell out in another swift water event. And at the time the company was hard to contact & blamed former employees for the poor state of the build. And, when it eventually folded like a house of cards, as witnessed by an awestruck neighbourhood, it took a significant quantity of our land with it. Photos of the first pontoon attached. There was NO DEBRIS this time. It was water flow that took this special boat hull designed pontoon away within seconds of swift water and it then took out other pontoons when it stood up against them. See photo. And like 2017, the pontoon built by superior hit the downstream pontoons and took them out too. A 50 thousand dollar pontoon should not need replacing every few years. Something is wrong and it is a warning to anyone living on a creek where water can become swift, preserve your money as insurance wont cover you.We specifically requested a river installation with pylons driven deeper than a canal installation and we did not get this. Even raised concerns before it went in in writing as we saw when the pylons arrived that they were too short. But we were reassured all was well. They came out twice and the pontoon was lost the second time. And the third attempt was a completely different design, and it broke away within seconds of fast flowing water. AND the salvage fee for collecting these things is charged to the owner.

We have owned two pontoons that were built by this company.The first pontoon built in 2010 was supposed to be a "river installation" with pylons established deep enough to resist swift water. At the time we expressed concern that the pylons were not put in far enough. As it transpired, they were only put 1.9m into the bed and they told us it was 3m. Unfortunately, after a year, one pylon fell out during a rain event and had to be replaced. It was clear that it wasn't in 3m when it was removed. We had already sent the company in writing, fears that they were not in far enough as we calculated during building that something wasn't right. Later, in 2017, the entire pontoon disappeared and the pylons were lifted up out of the creek bed once again, and the pontoon disappeared. So we had a new design put in that was apparently made storm and swift water proof. It has just gone too in the recent event and this event was not as big as 2017 in our area. So if you are wanting a pontoon that is in calm water that rarely flows then maybe this company is good for you, but not if you want something in a more complicated situation. Our biggest disappointment with this company was that the owner was not approachable nor empathetic when we highlighted their failure to build the pontoon as per the engineering specifications when it happened the second time. We pointed to letters we had even sent them at the time explaining our concerns about the build failure. The fellow we dealt with who was actually the worker who built the second pontoon was approachable and nice to deal with. Nevertheless, we cannot recommend this company. We no longer live in the same place, but we are compelled to review after new owners have advised us of their disappointment that this "bullet proof" design marketed to us all has failed in less than 5 years of life. We would not have reviewed otherwise as we wanted to leave behind the pain going through what we had to go through. Sadly, the only beneficiaries of three goes on our property to build an appropriate design have been Superior Pontoons. Having said that, the quality of the aluminium used was good and the finish looked lovely.

Superior Jetties are by far the best quality jetties/pontoons in the business. Coming from an aviation background I am extremely pedantic about quality and workmanship. Superior Jetties certainly exceeded my expectations.

Rob, William and team always kept me up to date with progress and changes made along the way.

A special mention to the guys who Installed the pontoon, They were very polite, respectful and made sure the work area was neat and tidy. The way they ensured care was given when installing the pontoon and not to damage anything was also noted. They are both a major asset to your company. I highly recommend Superior Jetties, it was a seamless experience.

Superior jetties are an amazing team, they have great products and go out of their way to ensure they have happy customers for now and the future. My wife and I recently moved to the GC and after alot of searching and speaking to different people, we just knew we wanted the D20 Dock. Our initial introduction to the company was an amazing one! Rob is an awesome guy and extremely customer focused in wanting to deliver the right product to his customers. His Pre and Post sales attention to detail is a real attribute. We we advised when our dock would be built and when it would be delivered and right on queue, we received a call from Will, saying "your Dock will be delivered this coming Monday". Sure enough, Monday came with Jamie and Kane floating our new D20 Dock to our berth, they were very friendly and installed it without hassle, then ran us through with a demonstration. Seriously, everyone we have dealt with has been friendly, polite, punctual and just gets the job done. My wife and I cannot rate Superior Jetties high enough. Well done team and thank you 🙂

I have had a Hydrolift D20 installed in Newport. Love to product and the service from initial contact through the sale and installation have been first class. I also have a jet ski/tinny dock I have had for 10 years or so. It looks exactly the same as the new lift with no wear or signs of sun damage.

I called in to see Rob and the team @ Superior Jetties in Arundel, and they were very accommodating and friendly in regards to seeking information and making an enquiry on their dry docking system for my boat. They were very professional and showed me around the facility as i was interested in their "D" series range of dry docks and their operation with so much ease. I was very impressed that i purchased a D15 best investment i ever made, great quality product.
