Have been a customer here for years now. Have had the usual ups and downs and all. To be expected. After all we are only human. They will always help out with your enquiry when they can and if they can. Great chemist, great staff!

Every staff member is super helpful and friendly. If u need to order a special product, they will try their best to get u a good price on a good brand and not sell u some inferior product. Special thanks to Nick and Ashley to make me feel like a welcome customer every time.

Been a long attending customer at this chemist.
But after today will never return. The customer service is extremely bad. And flase information provided by your staff. And apparently scripts you held for me were removed from my file without my consent. I will take my regular bussiness else where. Where they have better customer service and cheaper.

I note that Amcal Chempro states in a post below that they price match, but my experience when I challenged a price (the day that we were expecting flooding and all other chemists in the area were closed) was to be told ‘that’s the price’. It was for a medication I needed that day and I had been paying $20 less at Chemist Warehouse but they were closed. I’ve never been back to the chemist at Marsden Park and never will.

Today's female staff at the prescription Counter was so rude and untasteeful. I went in requiring and asking for a product for feminen postpartem care something very private, and she was very uneducated and loud asking me questions re. The product for the whole store to hear. Her voice was an intercom for the surrounding customers which was embarrasing! And untastefull. Please educate your staff to be weary when it comes feminine products and hygiene. As most of us don't want our business for everyone to hear. Also the lady at the other didn't help either when I asked if they sold perinatal bottles to help with postpartem care and started telling me to go to the other side for them to help. Pls educate your staff!
