Recommend. Gee fixed the oven door and then came back 3 days later to re-fit and make sure it was working properly. He kindly re-levelled the oven and is checking on availability of an extra part for the stove top. Nothing too much trouble. Efficient booking service and notifications. A no fuss straightforward service. Thank you.

Douglas was an exceptional service provider! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and warm, making the entire experience stress-free. They provided excellent service with efficiency and punctuality, helping me from the first contact I made via email, promptly getting back to me and fitting to my schedule. The technician (Luiz) quickly identified the problem and made the necessary repairs as soon as he could. I would definitely recommend them.

Service was fine but could be better in two big ways. Firstly, we had to pay a call out fee which included half an hour of work. He was only here for 5 minutes and because he didn’t have the part we needed, had to come back the next week. But despite not using 25 of our allotted minutes from the first visit, just because he didn’t have the right part we had to pay for an additional 20 minutes of service at $60. Secondly, we discovered afterward that he didn’t even test that the new element he installed was working, because the electricity to the oven was still switched off at the box where he had turned it off to install. Seems like a basic thing to miss. We’d use again but it could be better.

Communication with the company was good I was sent a message when the technician was on his way. The problem was diagnosed in a reasonable time. A part is needed and I am awaiting a message when it comes in for it to be fitted.Allin all a good experience

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. Based on their high ratings, I expected professional, knowledgeable assistance, but instead, they came to my house, spent just 10 minutes looking at the oven, and couldn’t even diagnose the problem. To top it off, they charged me for this lack of service. This level of incompetence is unacceptable and a waste of time. I am disappointed that they haven't addressed this issue.

Note: I am unable to reply to their response but this is a lie that they could not get the parts required for repair. They could not diagnose what was wrong because they lazily only took two minutes to look over it and even said in the report that no issue was found. Unfortunately my tenants were there and didn't hassle them enough to do a better job (which is not their responsibility) and I still had to foot the bill. Not good enough and worse that they now trying to lie about it. Would not recommend!!

Awesome service from the office staff and Vinnie. For this reason alone alone I would go back to these guys. My only complaint (giggle) is that Vinnie does not accept compliments on his work very well.

Hopefully the service was a good fix so we won't have to go back.

Definately recommend.
