Hey all MatchWorks Famz.
I would like to do a review for MatchWorks. I would like to say Thank you to! 😎

My Consultant ❤ - Loren, I honestly couldn't of made it without all the support I have had since I met you almost over 4 month's ago.😀😀

Thank you for encouraging me to keep searching for work, and trying different careers. I have had so much help from doing my White Card, to applying for my PTD Licence to so much more, it is just amazing to have had you on my team Loren. You are Amazing young Lady!! ❤❤

I have worked so hard to secure jobs for me, and I can honestly say it was a challenge. Today I'm so grateful that I have been successful in securing a new FIFO Career.☝️☝️

It's going to be exciting as I have never tried or thought about becoming a Bus Driver. (Sweet as)🤣

I would like to thank Kathy & Crystal who continued to support me, while Loren was on Christmas break.

These 2 wonderful ladies continued to support right to the last hour of them closing up for Christmas Holliday's.✊✊

MatchWorks Rockingham is incredibly unprofessional from multiple aspects.

The way they spoke to me was appalling and in a very condescending tone, especially the employment agent I saw recently.

I was belittled and given unsolicited and unqualified medical advice about my chronic pain/conditions. I was told to go on a diet by this employment agent to help manage my chronic pain when I am already on a treatment plan from a qualified medical professional.

There are many more things that happened during this appointment but I can't fit it all into one review.

Once I had left the building after my appointment I broke down into tears.

I called the employment services transfer number and told them what I had just experienced. They transferred me to another employment agency immediately and apologised to me for going through this.

During my time being with Centrelink and employment services I have never EVER seen such unprofessionalism.

If you happen to get paired up with this employment agency, transfer immediately!

Didn’t help at all with upskilling a job I just started and needed help with a higher ticket to be paid better, didn’t help when I asked I’d rather be an apprentice can we look at that. The job I got I got at the Armadale branch before moving and Rockingham had the audacity to lodge to Centrelink that they found me work and trained me up. Place is an absolute joke, if you land here you have the legal right to request a transfer and if you care about you’re mental state or getting any sort of help getting into work do so and avoid this place at all costs. Not willing to help at all but love the idea of using you for their funding, this place need a review into there books.

After a lovely lady that left, I got a man (I know his name) and he was abusive and aggressive, and was generally terrible. I sent in a formal complaint as I had had him once previously and I asked to not have him again. Which was disregarded when I got him again.
He is not concerned with helping you, he is there for his pay packet and nothing else, he needs to be removed from client facing.
This was back in March, so hopefully he has either been retrained or taken from client facing, which is probable, because they seem to churn through the staff.
I also had issues with the manager not knowing the rules and sent back and forth to centrelink.
I would never go to them again.
I did escalate my issue and was contacted by their head office, but never heard an outcome to his appalling behaviour.
I would never use Matchworks again, and you do have that choice.

I would like to say a Special thanks to ELIZA HUGHES.
This lady has gone well beyond the normal service one would aspect.
I have had a difficult year finding work with a sleep condition, which has seen me in and out of work, but each time Eliza has been supportive and encouraging and make me feel I can do this.

Eliza is a great represents what Match Works is about Helping people find work in a dignified way.

Looking for employee through this company is a waste of time
wasn't looking for anyone for Centrepoint embroidery was looking for office assistant for Ambrose rent a car they cant even reply to the right email address i have had this reponse for the last month

Hello

As per the email sent as a reply to your centrepoint email address , if I have anyone I will let you know.
In the meantime I would suggest trying another agencies.
