We had a slight problem with a sofa, Scott was out straight away & had the factory replace the springs. We were very impressed with the service when we were choosing the sofa & even more impressed with fantastic service we received. Sofa fixed with a smile, & quickly returned. Will certainly reccommend Scott & his Mattress Furniture Outlet.

I was having a great day with my partner and we decided to have a rest in this store with their lovely comfortable couches. I was rudely approached by the old man TWICE, we were asked to leave because we were “blocking the way” for other customers. We were the only ones there!!!! This is outrages and bad for your business!!!

This is by far the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. The supposed owner of the store (old man) absolutely disrespected me and my loved ones and kicked me and my children out because they were crying. JUST CRYING!!!

Me and my partner came in and sat on a couch then was approached by the old man( I think the owner) and rudely was asked to leave for sitting too long. This is discrimination!

The man working tonight was very rude to us. He tried to intimidate and embarrass us for wanting a double mattress. And when I said why, he told me I was wrong. He was extremely rude and I had to end up walking out of the shop and I certainly won't be buying a mattress there not ever recommending the shop to anyone. Not sure what the other staff were like but this man was just so rude. I have never had to walk out of a shop due to the shop keepers' behaviour.

Dropped into this store quite by accident. A friend purchased a beautiful bed at an amazing price. I told Scott my sad story about a removal company losing the legs, remote, power pack and bar from my electric bed. I'd been trying for almost 3 months to get this resolved, without success. Scott listened, found the parts, raised an invoice (removalists had no choice but to pay up) and within a week, my bed is restored. Incredible service. Would recommend this store to everyone! Kay.

Went in and talked to Scott tonight, amazing person with enough knowledge to satisfy my curiosity about mattresses, he was happy to talk about the different builds and encouraged me to test all his products to find what was right for me. I am very happy with the service I got thank you Scott.
