I would recommend Mazlin I have been using them for about ten years I haven’t had any issues with them They recently installed an aircon no problem came the day and on time Recently came and fixed my outdoor fan Again on day and on the time I requested Aidan was one of the guys and he explained everything I asked him He was polite and cleaned up after himself To me Mazlin are my number one And no I’m not related . I purchased a washing machine from these guys last year and they delivered the wrong one which was replaced the next day. The machine was making a clunking sound/not draining properly so I called them to see if someone could fix it, and my call went to message bank. I never got a reply and as I suffer from depression and anxiety, I didn’t chase it up until a few weeks later where I sent them an email. I never got a reply from that. And then a few weeks after that, I messaged them on Facebook. I told them the story of how I had tried to contact them twice within the warranty period with no response and that the machine was now passed warranty and still clunking, but because I’m unemployed I couldn’t afford to pay for a repair. They asked for me to send a copy of the receipt which I did and then refused to look at the machine because it was out of warranty and I couldn’t afford the call out fee let alone any potential repair. I’m not sure what would’ve been cheaper, me going to a laundromat or a machine that only lasted just over a year. I brought from them years ago with no problems but now I would say avoid, or hope you get a machine that works.

After moving into our new house our fridge compartment wasn't cooling, had a bloke from mazlin who came out and fixed the fridge, it cooled for weak and then stopped again, (no fault of theirs) i rang him back one afternoon and he came back out the very next morning and fixed the second fault at a very fair price, the fridge now has been working flawlessly and the error codes that were showing are gone. Very reliable, punctual fair and friendly local business highly recommend.

Do not take your repairable goods here if you can avoid it.

Staff make you run around chasing warranty parts yourself. Have had a machine with them for over 2 months no communications and after being told to call the manufacturer for answers as Mazlin Electrical didn't know where my parts where. The manufacturer was confused why they have not repaired my machine and said it is not procedure for me to contact them. This responsibility is upon the registered repair business.

Very unprofessional and you won't get your products fixed for months.
