Went there today for the first time to courier a parcel and Jason was very helpful in selecting the right company, gave a very competitive quote, allowed me to check all the details after printing the label (which was done accurately) making the whole experience a breeze with a personal touch. I would never choose anyone else again. Plenty of half an hour free parking around and he took only 5-7 minutes to complete the job successfully. Great work keep it up

Unfriendly staff aside, the quality of their printing/copying services is awful. The prints were supposed to be in black and white but the ink came out grey and faded. You would think the quality would at least be decent when they charge $1 per page just for black and white pages. How does a business which specialises in prints, do a worse job than if you were to print it yourself at home?

Jason is always so pleasant to deal with and goes above and beyond to suit your needs! The print quality at MBE is also immaculate (far exceeding Officeworks) and there's no wonder why he's only received such glowing reviews. The colours are vibrant and are perfect for those who take their marketing / invitations seriously! Prices are affordable for the quality that you pay for. If you need anything done, Jason is the guy to go to.

I’ve had some bad experience with courier agencies before who didn’t pay enough attention or didn’t care enough for the items they were shipping. I’ve had a lot of fragile objects broken and send back from the recipient. But no such thing can happen with MBE. They are the best courier agency I’ve used and up to date I have never had a complaint about their service nor has any of the recipients I sent the packages to.

I got 150 invitations printed here, served by Jason. He was very kind and reasonable and the printing job was more than perfect, better than I expected. Very high quality of accurate colours which I never been able to achieve from any other printers. The job was done while I went to grab my lunch too. Thank you very much and I will come again for my other jobs in the future!

I was actually referred here from Kiwiko photography who mentioned that they don't do printing and photocopying. This place is good as it charges very cheap for photocoping and printing, hence I would rate 4/5. However, I would unfortunately have to say not good service at all. The person seemed annoyed I was even there to get services done and was very rushed. Also, cash only if under $10. Not even surcharge to pay by card if under $10.

I saw this printing services on google with a good review... so i decided to come,,, on the reviews they said staffs are friendly good customer service etc. but staffs here are not friendly,,, not approachable,,, I’m asking questions but they’re not really want to entertain you... really disappointed,,,, I stop asking questions and walk out the door... staffs not smiling at all... and don’t care about your enquires... I will give 0 STAR for this business. And never come back to this place... will not recommend to anyone at all!!!
