Store is set up very nicely, kept maintained and clean. Staff are good to deal with and friendly. A little disappointed that the accuracy for orders isn’t really there & presentation of food for table service isn’t there either. I would suggest ensuring table services are brought out on trays & not in bags. I would also not suggest brining only half the order out and then making us wait another 20 minutes to receive the other part of our order.

Service was awesome, store clean and tidy. Love the little hands all over the store, staff went above and beyond helping us with our order. And finding all the silly socks we wanted. We are at that store daily.

Purchased a small chocolate sundae along with two Oreo flurries and caramel frappe. The small chocolate sundae was melted when we received it at the window and then when I started drinking my caramel frappe noticed there were small bits of plastic through it. I then called them to let them know which I was advised, to return it for a refund the manager was really good to deal with and gave me my refund . This is a first and haven’t had it happen before

Dirtiest McDonald's I've visited in a long time. Filthy bathrooms, no toilet paper, not 1 clean table to sit at. Sloppy over sauced burgers. Arrived at 12, so unless they had a massive rush at breakfast that still hadn't been cleaned I fear this is the norm.

Tell me why there was one girl today on her own packing for drive through, front counter, deliveries, making drinks and making all the chips in a middle of a rush on her own while a manager did nothing but watch? For an hour I saw this girl struggle. Waited 15minutes for my food while she struggled to keep up with over 30 orders on those screens with NO HELP. I don’t know who she is, she had brown hair and a lot of pins on her hat and a lovely smile when speaking to customers while having so much trouble. I don’t know if you'll see this kid but you did a great job despite being behind on orders. Hope you get help next time. Maybe if the manger wasn’t too busy doing nothing you wouldn’t have to be running all over the place on your own.

Went here for breakfast, was told there was no hash browns. Cashier took my order, I paid then she handed me half of it. When I asked for me drinks she treated me with utter disrespect. When I realised she had given me things I hadn't ordered I went back and the manager was ruder than his incompetent staff. It came as no surprise that they had a massive sign out the front seeking team members. Really poor management and disgusting environment.

Sat in the drive through for 40 minutes. Got to the window to collect my order - informed they gave it to the car in front of me. They then proceeded to request I wait in the parking bay.
I think it's called a 'drive through' for a reason.
Another mcdonalds I'll avoid like the plague!
