Honestly the worst McDonald's by far
Incredibly slow.
Filthy inside.
And don't expect any quality food, cold and thrown in a box is their specialty.
Half full Sunday's and cold hotcakes.

Always dirty when you go into the dining area , staff are all young and don’t know a thing about customer service. Drive through orders get pumped out quick where as dine in your made to wait more than 5 minutes for a small order. You can see which orders are favoured more. Toilets are always gross.

Couldn't tell you the last time I had a decent meal from this place, I know its fast food so you can't really have high expectations but its just unreal how little care they have in the quality and presentation of their food..
Cold, under cooked chips - a few times unsalted? Not even sure how that happens.
Burger buns quite literally upside down, slapped together the wrapper not even done up properly.
You ask for items to be removed from burgers but they're still there.
The only saving grace, is that there's always been serviettes. The one good consistency.
Pretty piss poor otherwise.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after the continuous issues I’ve faced at this McDonald’s, I feel compelled to share just how utterly disappointing this location has become. Today was the last straw. I ordered a double sausage egg muffin with a chai latte (soy milk) and received an egg and bacon muffin with a flat white—full cream milk, no less which I’m highly allergic to and had to spit it out. This is beyond frustrating.

Then, to make matters worse, on another occasion I waited at the drive-thru for what felt like an eternity. I was first in line, and yet FOUR cars were served before me. To top it off, I had a screaming 4-month-old in the car. After waiting forever with no service, I finally told service to not worry about my order and just let me drive through.

This is not the first time I’ve had problems at this location. What should be a quick, easy stop turns into a chaotic, maddening experience every single time. The lack of attention to detail, terrible service, and outright disregard for customers is appalling. McDonald’s needs to seriously step up their game—this location is a disaster and it really needs to be changed.

What a nightmare, it was our daughters 7th birthday and she wanted to eat in at the mcdonalds instead of ordering takeaway. We ordered the family meal and we had 10 orders placed after ours and numerous car orders all receive their meals while we were patiently waiting. When I asked about our order the young girl said she had to reorder/remake our burgers as the other staff kept grabbing them for the drive thru and smaller orders. We received our meal 45+ minutes after ordering and the manager was their watching the whole ordeal without providing any support to this young worker. The manager offered no appology, no communication as if our order was a inconvenience to her. After we received the food, we were 1 burger short, we did not receive any sauces for the nuggets and when I looked at the frozen cokes we ordered it looked like the drinks were made 1 minute after the order was taken and it sat their for the remaining 44 minutes. I don't ever write reviews or whinge about this sort of stuff but when we use our hard earned money to buy takeout from these establishments we should be able to expect the quality of goods and services as advertised and consistency instead of being happy with mediocrity. Anyways it was probably just a bad night for them and we still ate most of the food but that could of just been from hunger pains from waiting so long.
