We are missing food, drinks 3/4 full what a ripe off, qnd in which is not the delievery people mistake but. the store and its workers for not checking that the meals are fully packed correctly. I tried to report through macdolds app as that's where we ordered and kept sending me in circles and then called the store which was no help either, really bad customer service. They are very usless the need to be show how to handle this over the phone if the app is not working correctly. I am very annoyed.

Not one single staff member wanted to give me a smile let alone a how are you, thank you, or your welcome. In the hospitality business it is crucial that you as a staff member greet your customers with a happy attitude. Each and every one of the staff looked like they hated life. Their facials and attitude have led me not to never come back again, and I know for a fact i’m not the only one with this opinion.

Worst store I have ever been to honestly, closest to where I live so tried sticking it out seeing if first few times were genuine mistakes but they are actually completely useless. Can never get a single order right through drive through or Uber eats. Not that hard to read what someone actually ordered or changed on their burger. They need new management and workers! Don’t waste your time and money

We had food delivered this evening.
First off the driver sat in the car park for 10 minutes (you can track them once they have picked up?) after picking up our food, so needless to say the food was cold, ( common occurrence).
Secondly no straws or napkins, when you pay $58.75 for a meal and delivery I find that just rude all around!
I have complained before about this store when we have eaten in.
The staff spend a lot of time talking and not a lot of time on what they should be doing?

I take my special needs son for a drive every Saturday so have visited many different restaurants.
This McDonalds is by far the cleanest, especially the restrooms.
(I have had to leave a few facilities without using them as they were so disgusting).

The employees were screaming in the back and I assume that is why my order was incorrect because the employee taking my order couldn't hear me properly. The jalapeno bites were overcooked to the point there was no cheese left in them because it was all dried up.
