Took three weeks to delivery my work bench. When it was delivered one of the end frames was all bent up, unusable. When I contacted them they informed me that there weren't any end frames in stock and I would have to wait an additional two weeks. I wasnt happy with this wait so they offered a refurbished end frame which I was okay with. When it arrived it was taller than the one they replaced it with. Would not recommend.

I bought an office table and chair. The sales and delivery personal were friendly but the whole service and product quality is sub-par.

Had to follow up on delivery status after 3 days; else might not have heard from them.

When the delivery came in- it was the wrong desk, without a box or descent packing (forget instructions). There weren’t any bolts either !
The rep acknowledged that they screwed up and organised a re-deliver; which was quick.

However the table base had paint chipping and filled with scratches as if it was a used one. I took really long to assemble as the make was poor; even I had to use a drill to open the screw/bolt holes. The cable holes on the slab were positioned awkwardly forcing me to screw it to the base going out of alignment.

For claiming to be a office furniture supplier- I was terribly let down as the most basic product and service failed; apart from the price which was comparatively higher. Seems like they haven’t got their basics right.
Would have been better off with Ikea/Officeworks !

I do not recommend this company or their products.

Would rate this place as a zero. We are a well respected flight school needing desks for flight simulators for trainee pilots. Ordered a desk, which was supposed to be quick delivery, and nearly 2 weeks later, we were still waiting with the receptionists saying "we are busy can't help you". Finally got possession of the desk but it came with missing parts, when we went to ask about getting the parts, we were refused service saying that it wasn't needed, even though the cross beam was clearly shown on the instructions, and due to the size and weight of the desk, it would bow without it. We were called troublemaking customers, swore at and banned from the store when enquiring about being given the parts or refund of the desk. Were told we would only receive a refund if desk was in original condition, even though it is literally missing parts... do not shop here.

Would also like to add, a friend had ordered the same desk and received the cross beam and chrome dividers in his order without having to pay extra. He was the one who recommended. Not sure how it's needed for one desk, but not for another?

Also, have the exchange caught on film if they try to deny this happened or that they didn't say certain things.

Initially service was good! Was informed that I could pickup the items in 3 days. I offered to pay a deposit, however was forced to pay in full before they would order the goods. They are now stating 3 weeks before items are possibly ready for pickup. Still waiting! I was informed that it was human error on their part, however after viewing the reviews, obviously lessons are not being learnt!

AVOID IF YOU CAN.

We used to use these guys A LOT, until they decided to stop including supports with their shelving. Apparently on our previous orders we "got lucky" to have received the supports to use in our shelving. Didn't know safety was optional when purchasing their products, didn't know it was luck based either! No indication of helping out - just excuses.

Very disappointed and will not be using them for our warehousing needs. Thanks Virginie 🙂 You're customer service skills are awful.

EDIT: More excuses in the below reply - this is the third new reason I have heard for not receiving the supports. Sad to see more excuses here.

We have found more supports for much less so we can actually use our shelves. Again, very disappointed with the service here.

I should have seen the warning signs when I walked into the showroom and all the staff seemed annoyed that I was there.... Virginie was reasonably short when serving me but that's OK, however the quoted delivery time of approx 1 day turned out to be more like 1 month. No courtesy calls or emails back during this time. I called for an update to find no progress, again, no calls back. I then escalated and demanded a refund. Again, no action or followup. I called again only to hear there had been no progress again, however they now promised to process the credit on the spot, which they did. To be honest, this did occur on the lead up to Christmas but what a complete break down of communications, procedures and general professionalism of staff. The only saving grace is that the product they were charging me $25.00 for, I later found for $8.95. I suppose I can thank McLernons for something.
