Not to be trusted to deliver what is promised! Owner Buiders beware of the product on offer as the so called manual ( a few pages in one booklet and a few more in another) are not as clear cut and explanatory as you would need, even missing vital info to put your kit together. The company also say count everything before the delivery guy leaves, good luck on that one as all sections are taped together and there is much to sort and count. Clearly they are aware there will be things missing as was the case with our kit, not only missing things from their list but also from essential pieces not on the list that should have been. As for contacting the company regarding 'oversights' good luck on them ringing you back when they say they will or sending you stuff they said they will, one of my many examples: I have been chasing the cladding details, especially for flashings and screw placements according to the house structural code etc since October, it being near the end of January now. The plans I received were a mix match of different generic plans from past kits as the dates were years different to the current date, and in the first instant weren't even my design of home. If you think you are buying a kit that just needs to be put together, think again, lots of the difficult stuff like cutting the cladding to size is up to you. I can go on with the many problems we have incurred. I will not be purchasing anything from or recommending this company again!
