So happy with the deal we got .. the sales person was professional and gave us an amazing deal, then when they arrived the 2 boys were so friendly and professional was a breath of fresh air.. I always thought “melicks was expensive “ I was wrong, what a deal. To anyone in Innisfail go in and chat with staff you will be so surprised with quality and price

My first encounter with staff here was good. They were friendly and helpful but it went downhill from there. I ordered a washing machine. The one I wanted was out of stock. They said they would call when it arrived - they did not. Reason given entered into system incorrectly so no alert to contact me. I was passed around to three people two of whom were extremely rude. My washing machine arrived damaged I was told a report would be lodged which it was but if I did not call to follow up I would not of been told they need a serial number to finalise the claim. Also they should have this number, I shouldn't need to be searching everywhere for this.They had an excuse for rude staff and lack of communication but how many excuses does a customer need to listen to

Thank you to Lyall for outstanding customer service. Thank you to Daniel for single handedly delivering the new fridge. We purchased a fridge and it ended up being faulty. After communication with the supplier being Westinghouse (Electrolux), the fridge was beyond help so we ended up getting a store credit, but alas! ...the problem presented ...we were left without a fridge. Lyall came to the rescue and loaned a fridge so we can get by until the situation with electrolux was resolved and a new fridge ordered and received. Today we received our new fridge. We are so happy and pleased with the help of all the staff at Mellick Centre for coming to the rescue. Thank you so much. Forever grateful.

I have purchased many items over the last few months from white goods to furniture and I am so pleased with the service this family owned business provides. Their customer service personnel are very helpful. In addition their delivery service is convenient and the delivery guys are professionals who are very friendly and take care when delivering your goods.

I wish to thank Sarah from the Furniture department for all her help when we purchased our buffet there a couple of weeks ago, Sarah was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem for her, and our buffet arrived yesterday and was carefully deliver by Campbell and Ben who took particular care of it and were bright and cheerful.
We will definitely be back, thank you.
