Alycia and her team at Melville OT have been amazing for my daughter. The sessions were personalised to her needs, ensuring she felt supported and engaged. We have been with Melville OT for over 11 years now and can't rate them highly enough. The staff, particularly Alycia (who is now the owner of the practice) has been inspirational to Alex. She always has an answer to my questions and Alex loves attending his fortnightly sessions with Alycia. Melville OT has supported us throughout our journey and we are forever grateful for the progress our son has made.

Melville OT listened to and acknowledged our needs when previously we have been ignored. Being regional, access to quality service can be difficult. Alycia was flexible, she recommended and tailored a program that would suit our location & assist us & our daughter with what she needed. The safe and sound protocol (SSP) utilises a tailored listening schedule to reduce stress and improve nervous system regulation.
Alycia worked collaboratively with us to ensure the program was targeting the unique needs of our daughter. We were in constant communication throughout the duration of the program & Alycia provided us with goals & a plan to go forward. We always felt supported and our daughter has benefited from completing the program.
