Snorkel ordered July 2nd, left Meredith factory September 24th - 84 days for fabrication. Need I say more?

Regarding wait periods response... They work a half day Friday, so couldn't deal with my issues when I called either.

After fitting -
1. Airbox has only one mount instead of two, making it wobbly.
2. Airbox sits crooked in engine bay because it physically can't fit properly, because box hits car frame, even after trimming airbox structure (making it weaker) and moving all cables and pipes.
3. 2 of 6 airbox lid mounting holes are off by 50-60mm (completely wrong) on two adjacent sides so lid doesn't sit flat and isn't sealed.
4. I left a message on Friday at 12pm and haven't heard back on Tuesday morning.
This is a $200k truck which only makes it more disappointing.

I bought a snorkel and airbox for my Mazda BT50 TF. I love the look and presentation of both items I took it to mechanics (a few) and they all turned me away as they won’t touch them. I installed it myself it seemed easy enough and we had all the right tools and the know how so it wasn’t an us issue when it came to fitment. The template was great the instructions were clear, then came fitting the plastic hoses under the wheel well. Buddy I’ll tell ya there is two fifths of no space in that wheel well, we resorted to the instructions and it stated to cut 60mm we measured it and thought damn that’s a lot of material, so we cut 30mm instead and it barley grabbed. My issue is why send products that need to be cut and adjusted, all in all it took 6 hours and 3.5 hours of that was that bloody 4 inch to 3 inch hose. I now have maybe a centimetre of grab which isn’t ideal. Other than that it was an easy fitment and sounds great and does the job it needs. Thanks Meredith for the product apart from the 4-3 inch it was good. But please take note of this and consider having a look in your shop and adjusting this part. Cheers boys x

Utterly disappointed. Had a snorkel installed on my Ford raptor by these guys a while ago now. They cut a square hole for a round pipe to go into the air box.. clearly doesn't work.. asked about it and was encouraged to buy their air box so the pipe fits properly and doesn't suck air or water in.. what a waste of money.. would not recommend. The front desk was absolutely unprofessional and rude.
