I’m so surprised that I called at least twice just for them to say “sorry I don’t have time to answer your question” then hung up in my face? I was simply asking about the price and wanted to make an order over the phone. Obviously will not go there and waste my time either thanks to whoever picked up the phone today 2/8/24 @2:48
I usually go to the one in queen st near police station, thought I might try this one as the other ones closed but really not a good alternative. Very bad customer service to be honest.

First time i bought lamb chops i got different part of the meat, and second time i got different part of meat that you cant cook on grill, when you buy check under the first lamb chops i have photo showing the meat

bad costumer service, treat my mum horrible when I am not there. Workers more specifically the young boy there always seem like they want to be the meat on the shelf rather than a human. no enthusiasm or professionalism

Had a Lebanese BBQ on the weekend...got the BBQ kafta and diced lamb.... Let me tell you the meat was one of the most tenderise meat I have ever eaten and the kafta was so juicy and seasoned well....I was served by a lovely gentleman who made me laugh while he was preparing the meat.....anyone looking to buy meat must buy from here.... You earned all 5 stars!!

Before management change everything was top notch. Now the diced lamb is terrible. Have tried purchasing multiple times to give the business the benefit of the doubt but it’s been the same every time. Have wasted lots of money here and won’t be coming back.

My experience has ben that the people that operate the butchery have poor customer service they are unprofessional rude and arrogant. The quality of meat is also not the best or consistent since this butchery changed ownership recently. Will choose to give my business elsewhere.
