They messed up 2 of my previous orders. When you question them on this all you get is “well you got a quote from us a month ago and now you’re going ahead with this a month later ” well no shit Sherlock that’s how it is in order to price a job accordingly! Darren the salesman “I assume” is all over the show and the old lady who came to his rescue just sums up all I need to know. They don’t like admitting their mistakes and will put the onus back on you! Stay well clear or have an interpreter with you! For the sake of $170 which was all they had to compensate leaves me to write this review. I ended up going to Action sheet metal roofing in Ashmore where my queries were handled in a quick, positive and professional way.

Put in an order but the counter staff Darren he gave me a quote that said 150C×1.9mm purlins. I said I wanted 250C 1.9mm an his quote was wrong. I waited for about 15mins but he could not find the price (obviously no experience with this product). He said I will call you back with the price as he did. I confirmed once more the steel sizes and he proceeded to take the payment by credit card over the phone. Darren then stapled the invoice receipt to the quote that was wrong as it said 150C x1.9mm and I had rejected it. When I came to pick up my steel I saw immediately that it was wrong and I complained to Phil. Phil was great as we all know him and tried to fix the problem, as I had no steel and I wasn't happy and I had to wait and postpone my contractors ect. I called in Tuesday morning and Phil was on the phone sorting it out for me, thank you for that Phil. Now I don't tell lies ever and I always confirm more than two times any orders I place anywhere. Now Phil decided it was my fault and even showed me footage of me standing there about 30mins we're his words. I told him what had happened but he said it was my fault. Well that means he's calling me a lier, and that's not true. Yes I said something to the salesman Darren, and Phil said out you go and take the wrong order of steel with me. Some One is telling Porky Pies in Metal Roofing Supplies at Nerang. Anyway not me but I got ripped off a beauty and hundreds of dollars wasted and 4 weeks in down time. That hurts. It's easy to look at the CCTV and see me standing there waiting for 20mins Phil. Like I said he didn't know what to do to find the product I actually ordered. Darren then said he would call me as he did a few hours later. I didn't except the quote I was looking at, I wasn't there when he took payment and stapled it with the wrong quote. I never received a paper quote as one was not provided. You can't hear the conversation of me saying 250C×1.9 more than once. But you assume I was wrong. The reason he called me back with the price is because he couldn't find it in the computer, I was there remember. That's why I rejected the quote you showed me and why he had to call me back, got it. You ripped me off about $650 plus one month it will be all up in down time $5300 . Ok now you know why I'm not very happy at all. Thanks
