Had a new roof, gutters and down pipes fabricated my metrol, after 7 years the gutter brackets have started rusting off,I went to metrol and they Said you only have 7 years on brackets and your warranty is just out.i asked why the brackets had failed and they told me it was a known bad batch but they've now changed suppliers. I said what about my brackets, the manager said,too bad,your out of warranty, don't go near these shonky people,thanks for nothing metrol

Allowing for the fact I know nothing about the actual products and what they should look like, I can only base my review on customer service. the driver for both my deliveries has been great and I appreciate the calls from the company keeping me advised on delivery dates and times(spot on) which is so rare nowadays.

Flashing not folded as per angles provided and included on documentation provided by Metroll. Post dented and powder coat chipped and falling off others. Not able to check on delivery as all wrapped up.
This rating does not include the 4 missing items that were not manufactured, however delivered later that day. Will not use again, quality has definetely dropped compared to years ago.

Very poor service during the delivery . Driver unloaded everything at the curbside and expected us to move everything. As notified earlier the delivery should have been between 8 am to 930 am so husband stayed late before work but received message in the morning that it will be delivered later during the day. He texted them telling he will come home only after 2.30pm . He rushed home after work without even picking kids so he could be there . When he got home they started unloading at the curbside . He asked them to at least unload it inside the fence . The driver used swear words including the F word and continued unloading it curbside . Contacted the company right away but they said they will get back to us tomorrow. If any part is missing metroll you are replacing it

Pretty poor when you are charged $240 for a sheet of 0.9 gal to find out hunter metal mart at Heatherbrae are only charging $67, when you ring to find out why metroll have charged 4 times the price of a local competitor you are told its a blue scope steel product the other is proberbly a imported product and that is what we charge. I'm surprised metroll are still in business if this is the case and now I now why we have no manufacturing in Australia any more

Ordered 6m purlin but received 5990mm. It's only 10mm but needs to match up to an existing purlin that's exactly 6000mm.
Rang them and was told someone would get back to me....still waiting!
